There was need to ensure that those involved in the transformation process had the right skills and knowledge to conduct a smooth transition. Another people issue involved cooperation from members of each local company. If there were no representatives, this meant the local company was not interested in the project and thus the need to focus attention to such. The new system will increase business efficiency, help in standardization of business operations, improve interoperability, and make it easy to upgrade the system as per the demands of the business environment.
